Viking Rota, launched in 2026, is a 5,000-ton vessel that marries Norse myth with modern cruise comfort. At 135 meters long and 29 meters wide, she carries up to 190 guests in 95 cabins, supported by a dedicated crew of 53 across four decks. Inside, expansive public spaces mingle with intimate staterooms, while design echoes of the Valkyrie Róta set an adventurous mood from bow to stern. Onboard activities invite guests to live the legend: Viking-themed cooking demonstrations, runestone art workshops, storytelling with maritime historians, and hands-on sessions exploring ancient navigation, Norse sagas, and Nordic wellness rituals. The ship also offers panoramic observation lounges, a gym and spa, and evening performances that celebrate seafaring heritage. Practical details include dual electrical options with US 110V and EU 220V outlets, but adapters are not provided, and she'll cruise at up to 15 knots, delivering smooth passages and modern comfort as you chase horizons.
